There was no one on the floor to assist me. The only people I could see was the checkout person and the person that had to stay at his location to assist people making copies, etc. I asked if there was someone that could assist me in answering my questions about a HP printer. He called and a guy finally arrived. He was extremely irritated he had to come out of where he was and gave me zero help. Very disappointing experience.

My online print order was completed ahead of schedule and Chris was fantastic to work with. While in the store, I needed another print job and he gave me cardstock options and had the order printed within minutes. He was courteous and attentive, even with other customers he was working with at the same time. He didn’t get frazzled and was very professional.

I just wanted to compliment how much I enjoy going to my neighborhood Office Depot. The guys here are always very helpful, kind, and efficient.This store is always super clean and has friendly customer service. The print center has 3 self serve print stations which is very convenient and they have a very organized system for pickup orders online.I have had terrible experiences at other locations in the past but this one keeps me coming back to print my documents. Thank you so much!
