My first time to visit this business was yesterday, and usually when I go into a nail salon, and ask for them to trim my nails way down, they never trim them as short as I want. This time I got someone who trimmed them down perfectly!! I will definitely be back!

They make double booking, or I always have to wait even if I make an appointment in advance. No point of making appointment.

I had a great experience today thanks to my nail Tec Melissa!!! She does amazing work and was so professional!! Let's hope she is here the next time I come, it's so hard to find a good nail Tec that stays in one place. I will continue to go to this salon as long as Melissa is their!! She was amazing!!!

Julie was my nail tech this morning and the second we got into the salon we were rushed to pick our colors and we’re judged on the color we picked. She was rude even when I was checking out. There was a lot of us waiting to pay and she picked me out of all my friends and said “are you going to pay.” Then proceeded to stare at the amount I was going to tip. She has horrible customer service. Very disappointed, I would never have her again.Service: Manicure

I've been coming here for years. Service has been hit or miss. I was waiting in the waiting area and I received zero acknowledgment. This is totally unacceptable.

You can expect great service, not a fan of their pricing practices. They charge $1.00 for the tub liner. While getting a pedicure they informed me that they charge $30 EXTRA for gel when you’re already paying $60 for a pedicure!

Hi. I took my family for a pedicure manicure treatment and paid for a luxury pedicure.I never got the paraffin treatment and my entire family was not given the 40 min massage that was included in the Luxury pedicure. I felt like the entire family got just the regular express pedicure for the price of luxury pedicure.Candidly I felt very unhappy when I was charged the full price. Not good business practice to such a thing. Be cautious and make sure you get what you pay for.

Worst customer experience if you are not white. Asian run and yet racially discriminate. Even if you take appointments, they will make you wait while they serve walk ins after you. Wish I could report them for such behavior. Tina is the worst and biased.Services: Dip powder
