“I have used RWD Services for 2 slab leaks in my home. I could not be happier with their work. Both times they arrived on time and got right to work. On the first slab leak they took special care in figuring out how my water lines run underneath my house. Next they explored every possible way to re-route the leaking line. They gave me some options and let me decide the way to go. They re-routed the line and restored my water in one day. As expected they had to cut into some walls to reroute the line, but they made the minimum amount of holes. On the second slab leak, which occurred 9 months later on a different line, the results were the same. They even remembered how my lines are run under my house, which really helped in deciding how to fix it.These are big jobs that require tremendous skill and plumbing knowledge, especially on a 2-story home. RWD Services is up to the task. They communicate with you through the entire job. They will respect your home and property. They clean up after the job and put furniture and/or appliances back in place before they leave. They will treat your home as if it were their home.”

“We went to pick up the truck rental but could not find key, Keenan (employee) who was on his way out stopped and asked us if we needed help. We explained our situation and he went above and beyond to help us! He did not leave until we were situated. He called the GM Treven who also went above and beyond and had a truck for us ready at another location as well as gave us a credit for the inconvenience! “We interviewed several moving companies for a local move. Most were charging hourly and it was obvious they were under estimating the time it would take to move. Suddath was a flat rate for a two day move (other companies said it would take 6-8 hours). We went with Suddath for the peace of mind even though looking at the estimates they were higher because we knew it would not go over that. The move took all of two full days for the and our crew was awesome and hustling non stop (so that showed us the other companies were way off). They made sure our stuff was protected and moved safely. We could not have asked for a better moving experience.”

“We moved from PA to TX in a large ABF trailer. While our goods were en route, Steven was super flexible with us, as we needed to change our move-in plan a few times once we realized that the trailer would not fit in our new driveway. With very little notice, Steven was able to provide us with a 5 man team and 2 trucks to meet the trailer at the terminal and move our belongings off the trailer and onto smaller trucks to be delivered and moved into our new home. This was a stressful situation that was made easier by Carte Blanche Moving. Ethan and his team showed up on a 100+ degree day and worked hard and fast basically moving our goods twice in 1 day- including a very heavy piano, which they moved with ease. The Carte Blanche team was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again in the future, and will recommend them to family and friends!”
