“I had a great experience getting my blood drawn this morning at Quest Diagnostics. The customer service was excellent—the staff was professional, courteous, and made the process smooth and efficient.
One suggestion I have is to add signage outside of Tom Thumb to indicate that Quest is located inside the building. It can be a bit frustrating to navigate, especially for first-time visitors, and clear directions would make the experience.”

“Check in was easy and staff was very friendly. I set an appointment for 4pm. Walked in at 3:50 and checked in and within a few minutes they were calling me back. It might be different at other times of the day, but I would say make sure to set an appointment before, as it does seem to be faster service this way.”
