I had a disappointing experience at Marvel Car Wash. Received a complimentary wash, my back screen still had soap residue, and mud remained all over my car. I was thinking as if they only cleaned my windscreen and everything else was same. I ended up cleaning it myself, which was frustrating after driving 20 minutes to get there. While the vacuums and clean towels were good, the overall service was lackluster. I suspect the poor quality was due to it being a free wash, but I won’t be returning.

Let me start by saying this is my favorite car wash. I keep my vehicles spotless and the order of operations, chemical use, and equipment seem to be the best compared to many other car washes in the area. I have tried them all several times over. I drive 30 minutes plus tolls to come here.
Now the bad... some of the customers that come here are downright terrible. Kids running around screaming in the parking lot while parents unload all the trash and make a mess not having washed the car, and ignore the kids. Nothing is ever done. Loud music that is disruptive is ignored by car wash employees.
Now the compressed air issue....
THE COMPRESSED AIR NEEDS TO BE TAKEN AWAY!!!
People suck and are completely oblivious to the fact that spraying their carpeted floor mats, or wet all weather mats, coats the clean car next to them in dirt and dust, and blow drying the car with the air nozzle sprays dirty soapy water on the car next to them also.
I got in a fight with someone in the parking lot today after bringing what they were doing to their attention in a respectful way. Not my first argument about this issue with someone dirtying my freshly clean car, but certainly escalated to such an extreme that everyone in the parking lot was watching and there were 4 employees out there.

I've had enough with the disrespectful people that come here. That isn't the car washes fault in its self, but how it is handled is. I spend a LOT of time and money here, I am very observant and see things that are going on around me all the time. Some people might look the other way and say oh well but I will not.

I am a monthly pass member on multiple vehicles. This place used to be good. I contacted them about their opportunities and apparently they are not concerned. The do not prep both sides of the car before the wash and the vacuums are not working every time I visit. I spoke to a manager today who said he tells the employees what to do but he can’t “boss” them to do their job. I’ll be finding another place to take our vehicles. It’s a shame businesses operate this way, especially when they have competitors up and down the same street they are on. No apology from the manager on duty, no commitment to do anything about it other than letting “Jerry” know.

So I’ve used Marvel on and off since they opened here in the Flower Mound area. The only break taken was due to purchasing vehicles that couldn’t go through the touch wash on the belt. I recently started back up and, as always, the staff is genuinely great! It’s 103 degrees outside and they still smile and listen! Thank you so much for being so convenient and never broken!

The car wash machinery cleaned and dried my vehicle so much better than other drive-through car washes have recently. I also appreciated the supplies being available to detail your car better after the wash. It was also nice having the little air condition building to step into where they offered a complementary water bottle, or you could visit the restroom if need be. The dog wash building is also a great thing they offer. I will be returned customer for sure! Highly recommend!

Wash tunnel fits my Ford Raptor and has good sensor technology. Washers do not bang or drag on my trucks body. Highly recommend.

Pretty terribly ran business. Don’t bother using the dog wash that was advertised. It took my money twice and never worked. The owner is even worse and said the payment wasn’t going to go through. The transactions went through, so I called back and left voicemails. I’ve called everyday for a week with no answer or phone calls return
