Our Bosch double oven electrical panel was frozen, so I called to schedule. Mona Lisa was so kind and thorough - and gracious when she asked whether I’d manually reset the breaker to it (yes, I can admit I didn’t know this - if the breaker switch wasn’t flipped it could still be the issue). Sure enough, that flip of the switch to off and back on did the trick, and she saved me the service call next week. I would absolutely use Marathon for future needs, approaching customers with such honesty as this. Very grateful for working ovens without the unnecessary expense!

John did a great job and had us fixed up quick with a pump replacement on our LG front loading washer. He is very knowledgeable about all things appliances and is very helpful with info on preventative maintenance. Recommend and Will absolutely hire again!

Super happy with Marathon. Mona Lisa answered the phone and she was so great. Asked just the right questions and called me back promptly to tell me when the repairperson would arrive. John arrived on time, quickly diagnosed my fridge's problem, explained clearly what was going on with it, and offered a variety of options and recommendations for moving forward. I used marathon for my fridge repair, very knowledgeable! They also were able to get me in quickly. The first time I called they were able to get me in the next day and the next time I called (had to defrost and have them back out) they were able to get me in just as quick!

Didn't use them, but had a Great experience. I called around for a busted garage fridge and these guys were the only ones that weren't jerking my chain trying to get me to pay a service call to come out and "quote the issue on site because they had to see it in person" when I already knew what the issue was. Thanks for saving me time and money rather than wasting my already tight budget playing a nickel and dime cat and mouse game.

Beware of Marathon Appliance repair. My washer was dripping water into the drum when it was not running. I called Marathon to come out. The first visit was just me telling him what was going on . He never even opened the washer, but knew immediately what the problem was. He said he needed to order the part and would be back in a few days to install the new part. The part was new shut off valve for $100. Their MINIMUM labor cost is $200!!! It literally took him 10 minutes and he was done. $200 for 10 minutes of work!!!! He said he doesn't charge a service fee if he does the work. Believe me the service fee is wrapped up in that $ 200. Total repair was $350 for a simple valve replacement. Outrageous!!! Be careful who you call .

JOHN WITH MARATHON WAS PROMPT AND CURTIOUS. HE QUICKLY ASSESTED THE PROBLEM AND GAVE ME A FEW OPTIONS. HE ONLY CHARGE ME FOR A SERVICE VISIT BUT WAS ABLE TO GET MY WASHER MACHINE GOING AGAIN. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WALKED ME THROUGH MY OPTIONS AN GAVE A QUOTE SHOULD I CHOOSE TO DO THEM IN THE FUTURE. I WOULD RECOMMEND MARATHON IF YOU NEED AN APPLIANCE REPAIRED.

Marathon came out to our house last week to repair our refrigerators ice system. When the technician left the refrigerator was still not functioning correctly. I have called Every day with no response. I am not sure I would use them again.I will follow up on the situation and see if their responsd. Stay tuned

Seemed very professional - came out and evaluated my frig. Asked me to call LG for an authorization and then they would apply the service charge from this visit to my next appointment to repair the machine. LG provided authorization July 1st and Marathon has completely ghosted me since. I have called, emailed and texted. I have even had LG call twice on my behalf. Zero response and now I have to start over with another company and am out the $150. I don't like leaving bad reviews. I tried for over a month to get a response from the company. I recommend going with another provider and saving yourself the time.
