I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Lowe's location. The store manager, Martina, and the customer support team are incredibly rude and unhelpful.
I ordered a grill from Lowe's website, but this store sent me a defective product with no packaging at all. The grill arrived with deep scratches, fingerprints, and a Lowe's price sticker attached. When I called to exchange it for a new product, the staff and manager were not only rude but also ignorant of customer service.
After being placed on hold multiple times, they still refused to exchange the product. To make matters worse, they scheduled a pickup for the defective grill on the next Tuesday without my approval. I strongly advise avoiding this store due to their poor service and lack of professionalism.

Poor service all around. Checkout assistant did not know how to process a propane tank exchange and then waited over 10 minutes after paying to actually get the new tank.

You have kids that wanna do the kids workshop make sure you sign up before. We didn't and didn't know. My kids sat on the table ready to start. Just for me to tell they said no. Kids crying! Then my 5 years says let's go to HD instead. Teenagers working the workshop said " yes go to HD, it's alot better" kinda laughing at my kid. Reported it and never got a apology.

Something has changed at Lowe’s! Jason from flooring and then Brian from tools spent gobs of their time helping me locate some tricky items.
Jason even went above and beyond, and explained some of the processes in my job to me that would help make it easier. Go Lowe’s!!!

Nacion the MOD, and Dee in returns was over the top on Customer Service last night. Explained my problem with my item. I didn't have my receipt, usually this can be an issue. However, they looked me up by my phone number, then my cc, they did their due diligence. Found my purchase and purchase date. Did my return, replaced the item. And I was on my way. That is Customer Service!!! When you have been in the Customer Service business like myself for over 35 years, and a Customer tells you. I've been in the customer service business for ya da ya da ya da. I want so badly to say but can't. Anyone that has a job is in the Customer Service business ?. It's all in how you take care of your Customers. And Nacion, and Dee took care of me yesterday. Thank you for keeping me as repeat customer.

Lowe's in Flower Mound is a decent option for home improvement needs, but it doesn't quite measure up to Home Depot. The store is well-organized and clean, and the staff are generally helpful, but the selection isn't as extensive as I'd like. I often find myself having to go to Home Depot for items that Lowe's doesn't carry. Prices are comparable between the two stores, but Home Depot often has better sales and promotions. Overall, Lowe's is a decent option if it's convenient, but if you have the time, I recommend checking out Home Depot for a wider selection and potentially better deals.

Lowes is the place for Military and vets to shop!! 10% off but so much easier than the way home depot makes you use their app. Clean, great team members, so nice and very helpful. All the home things you need.

Do NOT go here. Store was so dirty, staff was rude as hell! Just needed a new part for our lawn mower. Roman, who is the assistant store manager told me to “just find it myself” because he didn’t know what I needed. I will be taking actions further but wanted people to be aware this place is horrible! Will not be returning to this location.

I came for a new drill since mine was old and as I was checking out I smelt a whiff of some tequila from the cashier or at least someone near me! I was very disappointed anyone would go out like that or even work! Will not be back!! Do better!! Management needs to notice these things I will write to corporate!!

I was up there the other day and I heard slurs yelling from some kids in the gardening department but I was there for wood so I didn’t really care but I ended up getting help from someone named Logan Launch or something like that and he was very helpful with a grand old helpful face (wife thought he was cute and so did I) but that’s not the point. Very helpful on which type of wood I would need for my backyard and he rocked my world!!! Wish he would rock me but that’s unprofessional. He then said “have a good night sir” and it really made me feel a certain way. Will be back!!
