Bought a Fridge at a different store and didn’t get the rebate I had with the promo. I went to this store because it’s closer to home and they didn’t want to help. Candice the manager didn’t even want to talk to me and just send me to the Lewisville store like it was a different company. Terrible service.

We run a business and frequent Lowe's often (at least 2 times a week). The employees have always been great. Our last visit we received exceptional service from Tyra. She not only found us what we needed, but got us the best deal and let us know about the MVP program. Thank you Tyra for helping us out!

Ordered an Ariens zero turn mower online 02/01/22 w/delivery date of 02/15/22. Day before delivery I get an email stating delivery date is now 02/19/22. Phoned store to check. First call was answered and after I gave order number, they hung up on me. Second call explained what I needed and man said he would check.....5/6 minutes later I finally gave up . Third call..man could not tell anything except he thought they had mower, but could not deliver until Ariens service man checked out mower. Out of total frustration I canceled order and ordered from Home Depot with 2 day delivery. Sad state when you try to give them $3,500 worth of business and you're treated like the enemy. I will never set foot in this place again !!!!!
