Debbie was quick and wonderful at helping me get my glasses replaced. They always greet you with a smile as you walk in. I like how, at this highland village location, they check on you as you wait when they’re with another customer. Glasses always seem to come in quicker than expected and I have no doubt the replacement I just ordered will too.

This place is great! My husband and I were greeted right after we walked in. Helene was AMAZING!! She helped me to find the perfect pair of glasses and was so nice to talk to. We both walked out with great sunglasses that Helene helped us to pick out too. We decided to come here after a bad experience at Warby Parker where the employees there did not greet us or help us in any way. I am sooo glad we came here. I will be recommending this place to everyone I know.

Helene was so helpful and knowledgeable with my glasses today. I had a protection plan and needed new frames and lenses. Throughout the process Helene’s genuine care and concern about the fitting of my new lenses were above and beyond what I could have asked for. I am so grateful that I got to go home with the new frames so I don’t have to travel without my favorite glasses. Best LensCrafters I’ve been too!!

This place is AMAZING!!! Helene helped me find the most perfect glasses ever and was so sweet!! We came hear from warby parker and the workers there were so rude and not helpful at all! So glad i found this place!!!
