Terrible experience. Went in for oil change and inspection. Tries to upsell me on other services for around 600 dollars. After I declined all additional work they said my inspection failed due to tires. Need all 4 new tires. That peobably would have been another $1000. Tires seemed fine when I went looked at them. Simple oil change of $89 cost me 103 dollars even though I had $25 discount card I received in the mail. They said it was due to all the other fees they add on. I won't be going back.

I had previously gone away from Kwik Kar (other locations not this one) due to bad experiences honestly. But today I needed to get my car in quickly and nowhere else could get my car done. The young lady at the front was very nice and welcoming and was quick to help. Kyle worked on my car. They were very busy today with people constantly coming and the guys worked so hard. When it was finally my turn, Kyle brought me out to show me what was found before starting anything (and wow did i put off my filters for way too long ?) but usually as a female, I am a target for scams. Kyle was so good with me and showed me what was found and in no way tried to pressure me but let me know his recommendations and left it for my judgement. No unnecessary work was added. I felt very comfortable with the care I received. They spoke on the phone with my dad who helped with costs and were very helpful and broke everything down for him as well. My experience with the front desk and with Kyle will have me returning back to this Kwik Kar location in the future. I am very appreciative of Kyle's help and hard work. He never stops moving except to go over a break down with you. Exceptional service. I would recommend this location! Thank you guys (and gal)!

They saw me walk in and I had to wait wayyy too long for them to finish talking about whether ham is red meat. Then they said my inspection would take 40-50 minutes, I was waiting there for over 2 hours but at least they did the inspection.

Loyal customer for years, unfortunately I will not be returning to this shop. Apparently the young lady just threw my service clipboard on top of a desk and nobody saw it until I spoke up. Very disappointed!

I don't know a single person who likes going and getting their oil changed, but if you have to, this is a good one. The staff are always friendly, and get you in and out as quickly as possible. They are also very honest, as compared to Firestone across the street.
