The African American male working the front at 11:25pm on June 25, 2024 wasn't as helpful as he could have been. He incorrectly refunded $0.70 instead of $1.30 on his first attempt. Afterward he failed to take note of the item or the receipt to correct that matter in the computer system. When I asked if it was his intention to correct the pricing in the system, he said that I "...would have to come back tomorrow." I guess he is fine with over-charging the public, and only issuing refunds to those who catch the theft.

I recently witnessed one of the most hilarious and embarrassing moments at Kroger, courtesy of my brother, Mitch. I have to give a huge shoutout to the fantastic staff, especially Amy in the floral department. ?????
Mitch lost a bet and had to dress up as Donald Duck to buy balloons at Kroger. His outfit was nothing short of absurd: bright yellow tights, a big fluffy tail, an oversized blue sailor shirt with a giant red bow tie, and huge, awkward yellow feet. The moment he walked into the store, it was a spectacle that no one could ignore.
Amy was incredible. Despite the ridiculous situation, she remained professional and helpful. However, it was clear that she, along with the rest of the staff, found the whole thing hilarious. The chuckles and wide-eyed looks from everyone were priceless. They couldn’t believe how ridiculous Mitch looked, especially with those bright yellow tights and his fluffy tail bouncing with every step.
As Mitch waddled through the store holding the balloons, he drew laughter and amused stares from everyone around. Waiting in line was particularly humiliating, with customers and staff giggling and taking photos. The staff couldn’t stop laughing and kept commenting on how they had never seen anything like it.
A special thanks to Amy and the Kroger staff for making an incredibly embarrassing situation a bit more bearable with their good humor and professionalism.
If anyone at Kroger ever wants another laugh, just let us know, and we can arrange for Mitch to come back for another round of public Embarrassment. Thanks again, Kroger, for turning a lost bet into a fun and unforgettable experience!

Typical Kroger. Good selection, though I came on a day they were low in stock of many things. I love Kroger's Reward prices & points for gas.
Took 1 star off because the customer service desk is often either slammed or closed. They had run out of Money Orders when I needed one recently.

Horrible customer service from floral !! Todays my moms birthday and i went in to get a cute arrangement of ballons but was met with a bitter, rude employee, thus leaving without any balloons. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Lady working on Monday, Jun 3, around 2:30 pm, needs to lighten up or something!!

There were no lanes open except for self-checkout. 7 o’clock on May 28th the cashier standing in lane 2 with his light off was so mean about being closed that I was scared. I will never return to this Kroger.

No checkers, only self checkout. Just not worth coming here any more to hassle with that. Self checking conveyor system takes too long have to wait until it gets off conveyor to scan next item. You’re not saving money, just losing customers.

Horrible customer service. Money services is always conveniently “on break” every time we go. This location is very close to us but it might just be better to go to the one on cross timbers because they are so much nicer.
Manager at this location told me to go to Tom Thumb if I wanted to use money services today. I went to the cross timbers Kroger and they got me in and out, and were so helpful. The managers at this location are always so mean.

This store is really bad. Only 1.5 miles from the house so I have been going there since we moved here 3 years ago. But again this evening they are out of several things we wanted. Management is horrible! They are ALWAYS out of at least one thing we want. Many times it's like it's COVID or a snow storm. Empty shelves where items we want should be.
I've had it! Going elsewhere from now on. I'd suggest you save your time and do the same.
