I enjoyed the service here at my last visit. The staff changed since my last comment. The lady at the cheese and snack area was a great help. Appreciate her assistance very much.

My cashier was helpful. But this guy named Sam that my cashier asked a question for me, that guy was rude and abrupt towards my cashier and me.

They are transitioning this into a big box type grocery. Less customer service, more products on high shelving. No baggers, 1 register open and all the rest self checkout

This store is TERRIBLE!!!
Is a scam I bought a gift card for 50 usd about 4-5 months ago. Such gift card was from KROGER.
I finally got to use it about 2 days ago. It was defective. And wasn't able to use it. 2 employees tried to help me and couldn't called the manager. YVETTE terrible manners told me that it wasn't a scam it was defective and wasn't the store's responsibility that I should have kept the receipt from 5 MONTHS ago.
Gave a number called. That number sent me to another number wasted like 45 min. And nothing. Sent me to a person to find the receipt but couldn't find it either. This is ridiculous.
So now I am out 50 bucks a useless gift card and zero apologies. I am a single mother that I wanted to use that gift card to feed my kids.
How is it my responsibility that kroger buys defective gift cards????
Someone needs to be accountable and shouldn't be the single mother that paid 50 usd for that gift card.

Tried buying meat from them, spent $20 for it to be spoiled and they wouldn’t refund me unless it was still packaged. Never going back here

I like this store, it is well located, it is clean, it has a great variety of products and it is very convenient for me to do my shopping every week there! I also really like that they have the refill for the water bottles outside the store.

Today when I went in for groceries, I wanted to get a loaf of bakery sourdough bread sliced. As no one was in the bakery, I picked up my fresh veggies and went back. I waited 7-8 minutes and then this guy came from the back of the deli. He had no gloves or net on, and he proceeded to pick up the cut remnants from the meat and cheese slicer (no gloves) and pop the meat and cheese into his mouth! Disgusting and I am sure a health violation! When he finally came over, I asked to get the loaf cut and he said they didn’t have the machine to cut bread. It was right there in the bakery, not 12 feet from him and in plain site! He also didn’t offer to call anyone to help. I left to check out, making the decision to get my sourdough from Market Street as well as my other groceries. I shared with the clerk in the self-check what had happened and she didn’t care or say anything, even when I asked her to share this with her manager. This clerk had to correct the pricing on another item that is always marked down with card but never rings up correctly. I’m so done with this Krogers store! They truly don’t care about keeping business or their customers happy.

I bought a tres leches cake from Kroger.
As one of the biggest tres leches fan I was a little skeptical bc it can be pretty difficult to find a good cake that isn’t dry (despite being tres leches lol) BUT HOLY cow that cake was AMAZING!! I had a feeling in my gut tho bc Kroger just always comes through 🥹 also their pin wheels turkey rolls BOMB with some hot Cheetos.

I have been given exceptional service from the spectrum representative Reggie. He is a fantastic salesman, very professional and convinced me of a value I could not turn down.
He was very empathetic and answered all of my concerns. I am optimistic that you will keep working with spectrum and provide outstanding offers to this community thank you.

This location is rather small but easy to navigate. Selection and availability of food items has always been good, basic household items also available. Self checkout customer service is good.
