Worse experience ever at a pharmacy. I guess the pharmacist cannot do two things at once, I had already paid and had to wait 10 minutes for her to scan my medication, she was on the phone and ignored the fellow pharmacy employee that was trying to help me.

An absolute nasty attitude from this two workers, Linda and Melinda they shouldn’t be dealing with medication is very dangerous they are nasty, ugly and very unprofessional. Tried to explain my situation they muted me they didn’t listen oh my it just make me sick to my stomach they need to be una very different place when health and medication is not involved.

This pharmacy is a total joke and a prime example of why robots should take over their jobs. With only one driver ahead of me in the drive thru lane I've had to wait 20 plus minutes on multiple occasions. I have now moved my prescriptions. Also, many of the workers inside have disabilities, Down syndrome which I think is great- except when they make comments about your salmon being "bloody". I will not shop inside this store and don't understand why anyone with money in Flower Mound would. Go to Market Street across the street!! Sure you may pay a little more but they have competent workers!!

By far the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. The workers are extremely rude and take forever to fill a prescription. It took me 6 hours before I could get my prescription and I was in extreme pain. I have never been to a pharmacy so slow and disrespectful. Fire the whole staff and start fresh with people know know about customer service

Worst pharmacy ever !!! The staff are rude they don’t feel your prescription with the doctor calls it in . You have to wait hours for it then when you call about your prescription they get rude never will fill there again … Walmart is the best

store is nice but the pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to... They don't fill your prescription on time make you wait .. Then I went to the er they called in a prescription to them they wouldn't feel it due to some thing the doctor had to feel out I called the doctor and ER they said they never heard of that so they sent it over to walmart and they had no problem feeling it ... And there is a lady there that needs to get fired she is the rudest!!!! hang the phone up on me and when I called back she hang up the phone before I even spoke I'll never fill a prescription there ever !!!!

I’ve always used Kroger pharmacies and had great experiences. However, this is without a doubt the WORST pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. You can never get through to speak with someone on the phone - they will pickup and place you on hold without saying anything and then leave you on hold until it automatically disconnects you. Despite ordering medication refills on the app, the pharmacy will push the pickup date/time further out than what you chose on the app, and unless you call and request a ‘priority’ refill, they will not fill it in a reasonable timeframe. You literally have to call to get something done but then you can’t get through on the phone. If you miraculously get to speak with someone, they always use the excuse that they’re really busy or have a bad attitude. Avoid this pharmacy, if possible. If they do decide to fill your prescription the same day, expect to wait until right before they close to pickup. They take hours and hours to fill prescriptions. The staff is inconsiderate and unprofessional.

They close their drive thru early!! There was a curtain with a “closed” sign covering the entire window, so I went inside and they said, “sorry, we opened it but you had driven off.” Why close it early?!

Need Antibiotics? don’t come here ! Twice I came here for antibiotics and takes them over 8 hrs last time to fill. Customer service rude guy just looks at you and smirks at you and doesn’t care and laughs at you . Walmart down the street never fails me.

I’m not sure why there is such a low rating for this pharmacy. I take 7 daily meds and have lived in 4 states in last 5 years, using different pharmacy chains in each one. So I’ve had a LOT of experience dealing with pharmacies.The staff at this Kroger location has always been professional, helpful and prompt in filling my prescriptions and communicating with my doctor and me. They’ve also been instrumental in helping me get the best prices available …. Significantly lower than I paid at my previous pharmacies. Their associates who interact with me in person and on the phone are absolutely delightful, patient and friendly. And they’ve never been out of stock on any of my meds, a common problem at other pharmacies.Give them a try yourself and make up your own mind!
