The associates were all very friendly and helpful. Zhinos is the associate who checked me out - she provided exceptional customer service. The store was busy - she was very efficient and had 3 others in line after me. Unfortunately the Flower Mound store had only 2 associates available and no one at customer service for returns, etc. but Zhinos reassured the customers that she would available ithin a few minutes to assist them. She had an excellent attitude !! I hope she will be recognized by the store.

Britton was awesome! Very impressed with his customer service! Awesome energy! He was very informative and helpful! He definitely went out of his way to let us know about the discounts in store as well as on the websites! Which I didn’t know about so that was very helpful. He deserves a shout out! & a raise!

This review for the representative manning the Sephora's desk inside Kohl's. She was unhelpful, and disinterested in her work. She refused to help the people in front of me in line on a late Sunday. She would not accept the 'SCENTSETS' coupon advertised on Sephora website, citing a technicality. This feedback would have been posted on Kohls feedback site, except that those access codes don't work like they are supposed to - this company is headed towards disaster. DO NOT VISIT.

Zhinos, my cashier was friendly and answered all my questions. When I located a different coupon, she sent me to Mary Ell at CS who took additional steps to make sure I used all my coupons. How fortunate Kohl’s is to have such capable staff to serve customers. Thank you
