While the Flower Mound store seems to be a very slightly smaller Kohl's, I can generally find what I want. It's usually very tidy and clean, and every associate I've encountered has been helpful and very personable.

I went to buy a wallet. They had a few to choose from, not a lot of variety, but good enough. The staff on duty were all pleasant and helpful, even though closing time was near. Staff get 5 stars, selection 3 stars.
