Just a lovely decor store. This one is big so you have plenty of room to take in paintings, wall mirrors, furniture, wreaths and so much more. The staff are nice and don't hover, which is a big plus for me. I find reasonable prices, but they almost always have coupons online so can sometimes get the price way down. I recently got a large Home Sweet Home sign and only paid $30. It was the perfect style for my hallway and I saved a ton. I definitely recommend checking them out.

We try to go to this location because it's closer to our house but they make it very difficult to want to go here. The staff is lukewarm at best. Cindy is great! However, we went in the other night and once again, completely ignored. Literally no one was in the store and the one and only employee we saw couldn't be bothered to acknowledge us in any way. Back to Southlake. Do better!!!

No choices. Very very poor I ventory for a Kirkland's. Staff was nice. But nothing much in choices. Worst Kirkland's I have been in. Prices seem higher too. I will say plenty of room.for my electric scooter. I guess because if such slim merchandise selections.

A friend in Austin Tx was looking for a special Christmas ornament with a 'V'. She located one at the Kirkland's in Flower Mound, TX. Being the good friend I am, I agreed to pick it up and send it to her. They had one in stock which had a blemish on it. Cindy, one of the managers, found another one in Ft. Worth. Laura, the store manager made arrangements to have it picked it up and brought to the FM location. A great staff, that went through extraordinary measures to please their customer. Who does that nowadays - Kirklands does. Outstanding job! Thank you for a job well done. When I close on my new home (under construction) in April 2021, I am going to Kirkland's.

Loved the lady that was working when I came in. She made the shopping experience with my twins 4-year-old a breeze. She offered bubble wrap to them, she talked directly to them, and made it easy for me to get done what I needed to. She was an exceptional lady that went above and beyond. Plus I got some really cute items!

This store is about 80% holiday decor...wasnt expecting that....didn't work out for me because I was gift shopping and holiday items were not my preference. Line was long too...meh...
