Haven't had an issue here at all. The drive though car wash does a decent job, and I like the free vacuum provided to complete the job of cleaning my vehicle.

We've had a membership here as far back as August 2021 and canceled that membership today. This week my windshield was cracked when the employee threw the sudsy water on the windshield. I immediately stopped and showed them. I was told to proceed through the wash and come in to review. Sure enough, the employee saw that there was no crack beforehand. I was given a handshake, a smile and a promise that corporate would make it right. Today I got the call that the claim is denied. They say that there was obvious damage prior to entering the wash. I'm not sure how when they reviewed the video with me it was obvious there was no damage and 72 hours later there is. We were then transferred to corporate who said they'll do fine without our business. I've never been so shocked and disappointed in a company. Previously my husband's truck was damaged but after explanation he let it slide. This business does not care how loyal you've been.
