In The Box is convenient, friendly and has everything you need! Ms. Karla is so helpful. I order my business cards from her, they are fast and inexpensive. I can easily make my Amazon returns there and I can even pick up a greeting card or gift! Everyone is glad to have this in Lakeside!

Karla and her team are wonderful and very knowledgeable at what they do. My fiancé and I are getting married in a few weeks and Karla’s team got our wedding poster boards printing for us quickly and with ease. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning can be and Karla’s team helped us efficiently and timely with no issues. They turned out great!! I stop by here to drop off packages often and they are always extremely kind and helpful! They are also open later than most shipping places and can print labels for you if you email them. Very reliable.

Karla and everyone that works here are amazing. So friendly and helpful. She also has a good variety of other things you can buy for buying and shipping gifts. I go in here several times a week and they are friendly every time.

This is the best place to mail anything. They are always so helpful when I ship packages. Shipping a package is just an easy action for them No matter the bulk and size. Karla King, the owner is a perfect example of true customer service. No only does she manage the the store efficiently, she is kind and friendly. I always leave feeling cheerful because of her contagious cheerfulness!!!

I don't normally write reviews, but I went into this store today to ship some shirts and the two working there were so welcoming and helpful. I never expect much going into a shipping store, but their customer service just raised the bar for everyone else! :) I'll definitely be going there from now on! It's also a bonus that they use multiple carriers and can give options.
