I'm glad to write a very positive review about my experience with project that I commissioned at "In the box back and shipping".
This was a Color print/copy of an art book. This project was highly individualized and required extensive computer cropping and preparation before printing. Tommy did outstanding job. The result expected my expectations. I highly recommend this place for any printing projects.

Had a package get lost through UPS. Karla raised the claim and constantly followed up until a refund was issued. She updated me whenever there was an update from UPS. She’s fantastic. My go-to place whenever I need packaging and shipping!

In The Box is convenient, friendly and has everything you need! Ms. Karla is so helpful. I order my business cards from her, they are fast and inexpensive. I can easily make my Amazon returns there and I can even pick up a greeting card or gift! Everyone is glad to have this in Lakeside!

Karla and her team are wonderful and very knowledgeable at what they do. My fiancé and I are getting married in a few weeks and Karla’s team got our wedding poster boards printing for us quickly and with ease. Everyone knows how stressful wedding planning can be and Karla’s team helped us efficiently and timely with no issues. They turned out great!! I stop by here to drop off packages often and they are always extremely kind and helpful! They are also open later than most shipping places and can print labels for you if you email them. Very reliable.

Karla and everyone that works here are amazing. So friendly and helpful. She also has a good variety of other things you can buy for buying and shipping gifts. I go in here several times a week and they are friendly every time.
