First time coming to this location. Place is clean, spacious and employees are courteous. Unfortunately there’s only one restroom and no shower. So don’t plan on working out during lunch break or if you have to go somewhere afterwards.

Been a member of HOTWORX since 2021 and absolutely love everything about it. I feel amazing and have so much energy. The staff is very friendly and keeps the place cleaner than any other fitness studio I've ever been in. Great job ladies ???

Amazing place! Always clean and friendly staff. I had to cancel my membership and the owner was so courteous the whole time! When they accidentally charged me, she was quick to apologize and refund my money. Would definitely recommend.

The facility is great. The problem is that when there are problems with the scheduling app crashing or not working well, there's no guarantee of scheduling your class. The voice mail didnt pick up. So I drove over & no one is at the desk during "staffed hours." During staffed hours, I've also run into the rooms not heated . It would be nice if the staff checked which rooms are booked and would heat it up for you. Otherwise heating it up eats up a good 10+ mins of your session. It would be helpful to have an email to reach management/owner to send suggrstions for improvement.

Buyer beware! Bait and Switch Scheme!I participated in a free class at Flower Mound North on Sunday.At the time that I participated in the free class, I was advised as follows:1) at the time of enrollment, I would have to pay a $150 membership fee; however, a mat ($49) and a towel ($49) would be included with the membership fee; and 2) I could cancel at any time with 60 days advance notice.That evening I decided that I would sign up for a membership online so that I could hit the gym Monday morning. Unfortunately, at the time that I enrolled, I was not given immediate access to the facility. On Monday morning, I called. The phone went straight to voicemail with no ability to receive messages. I attempted to call several times on Monday and Tuesday with no response. I followed up with an email. On Wednesday, I finally received a response with limited availability to visit the facility to obtain my code.On Thursday, I went to visit during "staffed hours". Once again, no one was present. I called. I couldn't leave a message. On a whim, I contacted Flower Mound North. They advised that a staff member would be arriving at 430pm (5.5 hours after the posted staffed hours).I arrived that afternoon, submitted my waivers, etc. and mentally prepared to move on from the negative experience. At this time, I was advised 1)that I couldn't cancel my membership until after 90 days; and 2) that I needed to pay an additional $50.00 for my mat and towel.I advised of the previous representations/issues and requested that I speak to a manager. The manager advised that "there was nothing she could do about it" and that all of the previous issues "were not their fault".At this time, I requested to cancel my membership. I was advised that I could cancel my membership and they would "graciously" waive the $99.00 cancelation fee. I inquired as to the $150.00 membership fee and I was advised that the fee was nonrefundable.This entire experience has been a waste of time and money. I hoped that a company designed to promote wellness and health would care more about their clients. Clearly that is not the case.I share this experience in an effort to prevent this company from misleading others in the future.

• Signed up on 02/01/22 around 6 PM, $124.39• Had to cancel due to family emergency my health condition• Called them and asked to cancel around 7 PM, less than an hour after signing up• The lady said Eligible to cancel but fee is not refundable• Just waste $124.39 in 60 minutes, even though I haven’t used their service at all,The worst policy ever my entire life
