“I went into this location to pick up a few pvc parts to hopefully fix a sprinkler system issue I was having. I walked in not knowing exactly what I needed and was pretty frustrated about the day because I dug up 6+ heads to try to figure out why the zone wasn't working because I had previously fixed 2 separate cracks in the line. It was after 8 o'clock and I had been working on it since 7 am that morning. Needless to say, I was ready for it to be fixed but am not a sprinkler expert so I needed some help. One of the Lowe's employees (Jason) was restocking the sprinkler section down from the pvc and asked if I needed some help. He worked with me through the problem for around 20-30 minutes until we both felt good I had everything I needed to try not just one but a few different options to fix the issue. He was so helpful and I am thankful he was there that night! The issue was fixed the next day in around an hour or two and went way faster solely because of Jason's help/advice.
I know it is funny to say this but it is true. Lowe's and Home Depot are both exactly 10 minutes from my house and I almost always went to Home Depot but now I am going to come to Lowe's and have since this visit in March. I opened a Pro account and have spend probably close to a thousand dollars since that initial visit where Jason helped.

“What an amazing place! Everyone is super helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We built a home out of state and Jackie worked with me to select flooring and tile for our new home. Multiple times I went back and she always helped with a smile on her face. I recommend them to everyone I know. If I wasn’t moving, I would use them again.
