There is a previous review indicating that Joe is was rude to a potential client. I am willing to argue that this couldn't be further from the truth.
My vehicle was dinged in a parking garage, no major damage, just a small scratch. I had contacted Joe after locating him on Google get an estimate, and he made time to meet me two days later. Upon his inspection of the vehicle, he said he could take care of the scratch quickly (in addition to 2 others unrelated to the garage incident) and did not feel right charging me as he knew this would be a quick fix, despite my attempts to do so. I suspect his rates are competitive based on other reviews.
Joe completed his work in under 15 minutes, and there was no evidence the garage ding had ever occurred. The unexpected kindness from a total stranger blew me away.
Joe, thank you so much! I plan on referring anyone I know with a vehicle dent or scratch to you. Your quick and efficient work speaks for itself. (p.s. everyone I refer will be compensating you!)

I had my truck dent repaired. Joe came out, gave me an estimate, schedule a date for the repair two days later. He arrived on time, was courteous and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend him.

I called this company for an appointment to repair one very minor dent on my SUV. I hung up on the rude employee as soon as he said “My life is especially more difficult when the damage is caused by the customer!”. What more is their to say at that point? I definitely wouldn’t want to make anybody’s life more difficult. As well, I wouldn’t want to pay extra because the very minor damage was caused by myself. The employee certainly has the wrong mindset. He should just be happy to have such stable work. Otherwise, he should get into a different profession.

Met Joe yesterday to repair a dent in my SUV.'s hood. Hood turned out to be aluminum which required extra time and effort, but he did not complain. Joe took his time and did an amazing job of getting the hood back to normal. He's like an experienced surgeon who has all the tools and knows his trade. His price was so reasonable and he's such a nice guy. So happy I found him. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks again, Joe!
