Then she took the extra step to find it on the shelf and offered to have it at customer service ready for me to pick up. I appreciated her going the extra mile in customer service. “Was in Coppell yesterday and stopped by Sprouts to get a veggie sandwich at Deli. Service and sandwich was fantastic. While waiting for sandwich to be prepared, found all of my favorite grocery items on sale which made may visit even more special. The woman who checked me out had a nametag that said Bean. She was so friendly and helpful as well as the woman who offered to bag my groceries. So happy I stopped at Sprouts while in town. It was very easy to navigate the store and find everything I wanted, and on sale which was a great surprise. Excellent service! Oh how I wish we had Sprouts in Waxahachie...”
“I really love this location..They always have great customer service when I'm in. I am a Massage Therapist and they are my "go to" place for Almond and essential oils..Every sales person that I've had an encounter with were helpful but for me Gordy sticks out. I went in for a specific oil and they happen to be out and he told me that he would personally order it for me and have it shipped to me. I didnt want him to go thru all that trouble but the fact that he OFFERED that as a solution was absolutely amazing..So KUDOS to him....”

Everything is organize easy to reach always in stock I never have to ask if there's anything possibly in the back that they can bring out. Even the area where you can get your groceries for like meats and chickens and bacon it's just a wonderful store to be in.”
