Whatever you do, don’t get the blonde girl with bangs. She ruined my hair. I look like Dora. She didn’t even check to see if her work was even on both sides. I have to go to a salon to get this fixed. The layers she gave me do not blend whatsoever. I have never been so upset about my hair.

A monstrosity of an experience to say the least. I went in hoping for a simple trim but instead I was given a Jim Carrey like haircut. I was wondering why there was no wait and after the imbecile black woman cut my hair the answer was more than clear. The black women's attitude was atrocious and nasty, I was treated unfairly and I am incredibly disappointed. Great clips should learn to hire better certified hairstylists rather than stupid, rude, plebeians.

I planned to write this review sooner, because it is so well deserved. I took my grandson into see Amber and will continue to do so! I liked her work so much that I had her cut my hair! She was friendly and did a great job communicating and entertaining my grandson. She asked opinions, offered suggestions and gave him the perfect cut! I highly recommend Amber and this location! We will return!

Went to the highland village location first girl there totally trashed my hair that I left in tears. Afterward I went to Kohl's and saw this location went in there and told the girls what had happen just an hour ago and she fixed for it free. Wish I could remember her name. Very nice she made my day!!!! still have ptsd from the first location. Lost 10 inch of hair that took me 3 years to grow. Would go back to this location for sure Highland Village NOPE NEVER!!!!
