Stylist: Paul, Cindy Jenny, and Rose were our stylists. They do beautiful nails, and are SO kind and friendly. Cindy and Jenny give AMAZING foot massages!! It’s always a fabulous treat to be pampered by Paul, Cindy, Jenny and Rose!! Also want to give a big shout out to Nathan. He does such a great job running the salon and is so personable!!

Had a great massage with my pedicure. He worked on getting the color match perfect. The nail tech listen to the shape I want s and made sure I was happy wit it. Great job done by all.

I came in today to get a gel manicure and pedicure. I had someone working on my toes and someone working on my nails, both managed to make me bleed. And not even just a little, a lot and it was painful. I understand sometimes that happens so I didn’t say anything. When they finished, they asked for my card before I could even get my shoes back on. I went up to the front to get my card back, and saw 3 ladies surrounding the screen. When I asked what the problem was, they said they accidentally over charged me and had to re do the payment. When I asked how long it would take for the initial mischarge to be refunded, the lady laughed and said “I don’t know”. Not very funny to me, especially since they ended up charging me DOUBLE what I should have been charged and I still have no idea when I’ll see those funds back in my account. Extremely unprofessional, and not to mention I walked out BLEEDING still.

Atmosphere was nice. However my nail tech seemed to rush through my manicure. She didn't take off my ring before applying lotion leaving the diamonds covered in lotion. I have short nails and prefer square. She didn't ask and left them a strange oval shape. I was disappointed and won't be back.
