Totally unhelpful staff. No suggestions when medicine was not covered by insurance. Apparently a pharmacy that only caters to the rich. No concern for customer needs.

Beware!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!!! If I could give this place a zero star, I would! They will take your money and send you something completely different. Customer service is a complete JOKE. They do not care about their customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Had a terrible experience with this pharmacy yesterday. My doctor called in a script, a young lady called me to tell me my insurance didn't cover but that they would give me the cash price of $50.00. She asked for my credit card info and charged me and I said I would be in to get it later that day. I drove to the pharmacy to pick up ( an hour round trip) and a young man brought me a package and said I owed $497 for a month's supply!!!!! Since I had already paid for it, I was in shock! He called another employee who then proceeded to tell me I was not eligible for a cash price because I am on Medicare!! Even though my Medicare RX plan through Humana wasn't paying for any of it. First time I've run into such blatant age discrimination. Needless to say, buyer beware of this pharmacy!

The product that was delivered was not working correctly. The manager insisted that , they could not call the manufacturer, I had to do it. They also refused to refund my money for the defective product. The manager did not like my be attitude and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service!!!!! They don’t deserve one star .

You better hope you don't need life saving medication in an efficient time frame. You won't get it delivered. While my medication that I need may not be life saving, it's been two and a half weeks. I keep getting the run around when I call and no return phone calls back. Completely unacceptable. Life saving or not, medication is necessary.

I called in for refill 2 days ago and they needed to contact my doctor for a refill. Never heard back so 3 days later I called back and they tell me it was denied because it probably went to another one of their sister companies. I had to call back to find this out instead of them calling me to explain this. Then they told me they wouldn’t contact their sister company and said I needed to do this too. The lady was Rudy and unhelpful. I’m going to ask my doctor to use a different pharmacy

I've used Long Prairie for multiple years. I am out of state and they are able to get my prescription for a reasonable price. Always excellent prompt service. Today I had the pleasure of being helped by Karen and she was fantastic. I would recommend this pharmacy to all friends and family. Excellent customer service!

I have had good experience(s) with Long Praire for quite some time. THey used to call (prior to Covid) when a RX was ready for refill (to get authorization to charge my credit card) but I've not received calls lately. Not sure if this is because of COVID or policies have changed. Either way I know they will always help me find a solution and be very responsive.

I can't believe how fast Long Prairie Pharmacy handled my order yesterday (as a first-time customer). I called, and within about one minute (LITERALLY), the very nice woman I spoke with had verified my information, told me my shockingly low copayment, and informed me that my medicine would arrive TOMORROW. Tomorrow?!! Unbelievable! At first I was upset that my doctor's office did not send my prescription to my regular pharmacy, but I was wrong. I'm pretty sure my regular pharmacy would have charged me at least 50 bucks! I will DEFINITELY shop Long Prairie Pharmacy again!!! Thank you!

Would not give one star if I didn't have to. Terrible service, sent copy of insurance card 3 times. Could not understand the service rep due to accent. Tired for over a month to get the script filled, gave up went somewhere else
