Do not visit the Flower Mound location. The staff are unprofessional and unknowledgeable. You're better off searching elsewhere.

Me and my brother (18 years of age) came here looking for black ops 2 because we have been wanting to play it for a very long time worker said we have to be an adult. Now all the other gamestops we went to, you had to be over 17 to get a M-Rated game,and we said "all the other gamestops we went to had a 17 age limit." She called us stupid and asked would you want to go to jai.

Came here for a used xbox for me and my roommate, and the workers were so friendly and helpful! We had a great conversation with them. I had driven 25 minutes just to get the xbox, but now I wouldn't mind making the drive again in the future.

The place was clean and orderly. I just stopped to take a look around the guy there was kind. They are well stocked I many things. Deffently someplace I would want to go if looking for a game.

My nephew and sister love nintendo Switch and the games. However, they were out of the"Tears of the Kingdom" (the Legend of Zelda) controller. But we found a mug and a pre-owned game. The staff on 2 different stores were very helpful in finding these items.

I came in looking for the specific game and as soon as I walked in we looked around didn't see it then we asked the manager if he saw it and he said he did. He helped us immediately and then helped us check out as long is providing information about the game. He was a great guy. Love the staff and they had the game.
