I went in late Jan or early Feb for a pair of shoes, hoping to get something that would help me. My feet were constantly sore from riding to the outside of the shoe.After trying on some shoes I settled into a pair of brooks. I was led to believe that these were a neutral shoe that would help keep my foot towards the inside with an added insole that would provide more support. I was also lead to believe that I should get at least a year out of the shoe.I am not a heavily active person and am not walking or running 10 miles a day. So I felt confident that the purchase would help. Initiially it did, they worked well for everything I did except driving (I always felt they would hurt when I drove) but this only lasted a couple months, by the third month they felt like the pair of New Balance that the initial saleswoman was fond of trashing, then at time of writing I was feeling myself walk on the outsides again.I returned after 4 months of using the shoe and was told, "yep shes done" about the shoe and that I would need a new pair. He also wanted to sell me on an even more expensive shoe that would be "firmer". I thought that was what the pair I have was supposed to do.I went ahead and walked out to find another solution since this place lost my trust. After being in over $300 between the shoe and insole, I was not wanting to spend another $400 on another pair that may not even last the rest of the year.

Each time I have come in I have been greeted with so much care. They really make sure you get all the help you need. My last visit I needed some tennis shoes and sandals. The lady helping me was so great she showed me several items until I found the exact shoes I needed not just for comfort but also style.

I’m 73 years old. I walked in with extreme foot discomfort with the mindset it comes with age. Nope. Wrong again when I’m left unto myself in life. Foot Solutions applied their foot computer and diagnosed my condition quickly. The right shoes with specialized inserts and I was pain free. I’ll add that I had already purchased shoes from another high name store and to no relief. A local charity for the poor got those many new shoes. Not a total loss. Great staff and selection for your foot needs. Highly Recommended from a pleased pain free customer.

I undervalued the importance of quality footwear until I bought from Foot Solutions of Flower Mound. You will pay a higher price than other big box stores, but the quality is well worth the price. I highly recommend.

Ordered insole April 17 paid $432.99 April 17, 2023Wednesday May 3rd- went in and picked up the insoles. They were nothing like promised -Rowland said he would order me other ones for free. Went in June 21st, Wednesday- rowland said insoles are still not in and would call and get back with me. Finally received 6/28 Worst product I have ever received for $400+. The glue didn't last, so completely disappointed- save yourself, go to a different Foot Solutions.

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Roland. He greeted me and was attentive and listened to the issues I was facing with my current footwear and insoles.I received a free foot analysis, gait examination and detailed of explanation of how I could improve my alignment.I feel like the staff went above and beyond to provide me with the perfect fitting insole for a new job I started.There was no pressure at all for a sale, which I appreciated! I actually left that day to visit other locations for second opinions and to try out other products. I came back the very next day and told Roland that no other product compared to what they offered.I left a happy customer today, and will definitely be back in the future to try out their custom insoles. Thank you to the friendly staff for being professional and showing what it means to be good service providers.

So helpful and I walked away with great fitting shoes. Talked my husband into getting new orthotics and new shoes. Just wish I had gotten my orthotics there. I probably would have been able to walk better on my cruise!

My husband and I went to the Flower Mound location previously and had a great experience. We didn't buy anything but the experience was so good that when my son - who has knee and arch issues - needed shoes for his new job, I recommended he go to get fitted. When he walked in an associate was assisting a family and another associate named Tami came out to "help" him. She never fitted my son and when he asked specific questions about shoes she rolled her eyes. He needed the shoes that day so he bought a pair and the other associate made helpful comments about the type he was purchasing, but my son could not get out of there fast enough. The negativity he was receiving from Tami is the reason we will not be purchasing anything else from foot solutions. The reason I am giving 2 stars is because the shoes he picked by himself turned out to be great. It is just a shame that he didn't get the help and direction he was expecting.

I have used other types of shoe inserts, but the one I got from your store has been the best results! It reduced my pain significantly! The staff was great too!
