Loved the ease of which we signed up online and the subtle way they welcomed me, leaving me a welcome package with a new lock inside the unit. All without actually seeing anyone.
When I had a question about an invoice, I didn't get an email. I got a personalized call the very next morning to answer my question!

I am extremely impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of Storage Depot's employee, 'Cecil". I was a woman in need for local storage from Flower Mound (they have a place in Highland Village) that's right up the road! Cecil was/is 'God given' in my opinion in a very stressful time. Everything had to be moved out of my home that had flooded in order to be repaired. I never knew the place was there as it sits back in from a car wash. Everything was handled on line or over the phone, which was very convenient for busy me.
I highly praise Cecil's expertise because I didn't even know how much storage I was going to need. He kindly walked me through my options, and his recommendations of a 10x20 was going to meet my needs. He was TOTALLY correct. I still have a little room to spare in there!
They were working on their secure gate in early April, but I still feel secure with the locks they provide in the units. Cecil is also picking up the phone or calling back very timely if I had/have questions. There are MANY storage places around N Texas now. I highly recommended Storage Depot for their VALUE and professionalism.

Being able to get immediate access to a storage facility when needed, without ever having to leave the comforts of your home and able to finish all the required documentation to secure the unit from you computer is absolutely incredible. I’ve never had such an easy experience in getting things into a storage unit quickly. You guys have definitely taken the effort to make it as simple/easy as possible for the customer. Thank You!

Door couldn't be locked regardless if lock was on the latch and no one was available to answer this problem on the weekend. Also, one corner of the facility is completely destroyed so is open for theft. Will not recommend.
