My 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son love Flower Mound Taekwondo! The instructors are knowledgeable and fun. May kids enjoy the classes and are super motivated to progress through the belt ranks!

Our six-year-old daughter loves this place and so do we. She benefits not only from the physical demands but is also learning so much about commitment, self-control, and consistency. The instructors are great role models as well.

My wife has gone from a white belt and her first Gi to black belt in Taekwondo here. She has also recently completed her training to be an instructor in Krav Maga (from scratch), which is no small feat. My son looped through the entire Little Dragons course and is working through his green belt to get to purple. I am beyond impressed with the quality and consistency of the instruction provided here by all of the instructors. I am also greatly pleased at the levels of confidence and competence obtained by both my wife and my son as a result of their training. I'd gladly give Mr. Mischke the shirt off my back in return for what he gave to us. I would happily recommend this to anyone, regardless of your skill level or expertise!

I just finished up my process with Invisalign and I could not be happier with the results. Dr. Medici took wonderfull care of me and I highly recommend her and the entire staff at Cross Timbers. Everyone was so friendly and kind and professional. I had my teeth whitened with their in office Glo whitening system after my Invisalign was complete. I still have a couple days of whitening at home, but I already see such a huge difference:)). Thank you Dr. Medici!!

The entire staff treated me very professionally and were very friendly and caring. The facility is comfortable, not too stuffy, and very clean! I hadn't been to a dentist for a couple of years, however now after my experiences at Cross Timbers Dental, I won't miss a six months checkup. I highly recommend this place!

My son has been attending classes for a few months now and we are so impressed with his growth! He is more respectful and focused. The owner is very involved and always present. He is gentle but firm and truly cares. The instructors are fantastic with children, even crazy ones like mine! The viewing area for parents is comfortable and inviting and the other parents are so friendly. He loves it here and so do we!

The instructors make the classes fun while also teaching proper taekwondo technique. My son loves going to classes, where he gets a great workout every time. The training has helped to build up his endurance and footwork, which have had a positive impact on his other sports as well. My son is highly motivated to move up in rank, and he gains confidence each time he earns a new belt.
