One employee who works here tells you ALL the wrong information. Seems as if he has a bad memory or was not trained properly. Once he told me I had to purchase a Fed Ex box or he would not be able to send my item through Fed Ex. Very odd. All you need is the correct label. (Maybe he is pocketing the box money?). Plus he has been very schooled on the apex of rudeness. So, never buy a box from this dude. It is not mandatory to have one to ship at Fed Ex, as long as you have your item boxed and labeled correctly they are happy to send it through their company.

I had a wonderful experience at FedEx this evening! Tim was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. He assisted me in bringing my heavy boxes from the trunk to the counter. Thank you Tim for all of your hard work!

Grant provided excellent customer service. Calm demeanor, respectful & courteous. Haven’t had a negative interaction even if the line is super long. He manages it efficiently without it affecting individual customer service.

Never try to call this place. The robot will not allow you to receive any customer service and will end call. Absolutely garbage for customer service. Use UPS or even USPS has to be better than this.
