  One person working. People waiting out the door. Should not take over 20 minutes to drop off a package that had a label and tracking number available on sticker.. compared to UPS on Round Grove who have 36 people working on any given time.

  I had a large volume to print. Large as when it was done, it was in a box and it costed me over $200! Marcus was kind to help me from beginning to end. He must have literally stood in the corner of the printer for 30 mins that day. The other employees were kind and helpful too.
