Sent an email to themselves pretending to be me about an order. They would have me pay for their delivery under false pretenses. Dont believe this nonsense.

I keep trying to get answers for my package and each and every other person tells me they Do that or do this it's been going on 2 weeks I'm just trying to pick up my cell phone I feel like they're trying to keep it.I will never ever deal with fedex or whatever the h*** this company is called again
