No longer recommend! My dog's groomer left. A new person named Jamie groomed him yesterday. He has a deep knick under his right eye and his neck is scalped. His skin is inflamed and itching. Thankfully I bathed him today to remove whatever product was used on him. This is how I noticed these issues and left phone message today requesting refund and noting my dissatisfaction. Have been a customer since 2018. No longer.

I have been coming to Earthwise for years now to have my dogs groomed. The staff is always warm and inviting and kind of feels like a big family. I love that they care for foster kitties and help them find their forever homes, and I adore the sloths. It is ALWAYS a happy place for me and my dog, and Amanda the groomer is one of my dog’s favorite people. And she is a picky little pooch!

I have been taking my dog here for grooming for 2 years now and my last experience was horrible and inhumane. One of the groomer - Amanda was extremely rude, showed no empathy at all and walked away in the middle of a conversation. The store owner saw this, apologized later for her behavior but didn't take any action.I left the store crying as I didn't expect to be attacked that way.

After getting all of my dogs groomed here for many years, I've sadly made the decision after yesterday's appointment to never return. I brought in my rescue dog for her only ever third appointment. I booked with the same girl she had used the other two times. When I called after three hours to check on the progress, they said another 45 mins to an hour. So an hour rolls by and I show up. The girl checking me out tells me that in order for my dog to come back she needs to be medicated and that she really didn't like the dryer. Which fine, I don't have any issue with that. She is an anxious rescue who I'm sure like us all could benefit from a little calming agent. However as I'm waiting, I'm assuming she was the manager comes over to me an explains how the groomer is very frustrated and how she "made notes" in her system that she told me that in order for me to bring my dog in she'd need to be medicated. I'm an extremely type A person, I'm pretty sure I'd 100% remember being told something like that. When I explained how I was never told this, she never once apologized or took any ownership of not relaying that information. She just kept pressing the issue. I explained how she had a vet appointment the next week and I would discuss the issue with them. When my dog came out her haircut was super uneven, I don't think any hair was cut off her tail at all. I can deal with the hair cut being off, but being scolded and assuming I was lying about being told something just really didn't sit well with me. We'll be taking our money elsewhere.

Fantastic customer service and quality of goods! I am trying a raw diet on a puppy I’m getting. I had a good idea of what I wanted but the level of knowledge and customer service was great! She gave me ideas and when she could give me samples to try.i really appreciated it. I don’t see myself buying my dogs food anywhere else. Love it!

Great help with food for our new cats. Great knowledge, wonderful people. Found this place to adopt our two cats from ARF and continue to return for food when these girls need more.
