Ran without any leadership. One employee told me I could get a refund, so I came back to the store. The next employee tells me I can't. Then he proceeds to patronize me and say how I still get to keep the item so it's not all bad. Why would it be a good thing that I can keep the item that you said I would be able to return? Been a loyal customer for years but will never be going back. I understand if you have a policy, but you need all employees to enforce the policy and not misguide the customer at time of purchase.

This is my first time in this store. I am from California and trying to find a store that has products with THC. I was able to find a disposable pen that was indica with some THC. They are very affordable and great customer service. Charlie was very nice and knowledgeable. I also love they give discounts on your purchases ?. I will definitely come back here ??.
