“AAFCU locations are few and far between, so you don't have much choice as to what branch you use unless you don't mind driving across town(s). Given that, I would still choose this one even if there were more available because the employees here have always provided exceptional customer service.Regardless of which branch you use, AAFCU in general offers far better rates than banks of the "too big to fail" variety for just about everything from interest bearing accounts to loans and credit cards. Also, for certain types of accounts, they will refund ATM fees when you withdraw money from another bank.”

“Honestly, I was not looking forward to visiting this bank based on all the poor reviews. HOWEVER, my experience was really good. Like most banks at the moment, they have a scaled-down staff. But I was promptly and courteously greeted when I walked into the bank. And even though my account is based at a Louisiana branch of Regions, they were more than happy to help me with my issue.
