Was getting a second rx, representative picked up the phone without being ready so I heard a bunch of noise first. After I made a statement about how no contacted me about said RX, she told I was wrong.
Now because of service I’m waiting an extra week!
I’d say don’t use, but CVS Caremark generally gives you no choice so you’re stuck with their generally questionable at best service.

It appears CVS Specialty Pharmacy has cornered the market on polite morons as employees. Calling is a nightmare and each person I spoke with about a problem with an RX had a different answer. Also, they seem to be reading from scrips much of the time. I hope I never have to do business with this company again. It is truly awful.

The Lantana pharmacy keeps finding new ways to fail with customer service. Got in the drive-thru lane tonight before closing and waited until the 3 cars in front of me completed their transaction, pulled up when it was my turn and they literally closed the blinds in my face. Did I mention that I was in line before the closing time??? If I had been in the store, would you have closed the blinds as I stood in line? I don't know why I keep trying this pharmacy, the convenience of location is null when customer service is not a standard.

I wish I could give less than a star. They incorrectly charged my credit card, said they would fix it, then never did. I've literally spent hours on the phone. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Used this pharmacy once because it was covered by my insurance but after the horrible experience I had, I'd rather just pay out of pocket to not use it.

Terrible..I've been trying to get a script refilled for a month. It was my doctor's office that finally asked the pharmacy if they had the right pt info and they didn't. I take a med that is supposed that is tightly scheduled and now I'm 15 days past when I was supposed to take it and I'm still not sure when I'll get it. Just a mess!

I spent an hour and half on hold before i could talk to a live person. When i finally got a hold of someone my conversation took less than 5 minutes to attend to my needs. This is not the first time this has happened. If I had another specialty pharmacy choice I wouldn't use this one.

I have never hated working with a company more than I hate working with CVS specialty pharmacy. Each conversation I’ve had with them has taken at least an hour each, sometimes more. It’s the most unpleasant experience with any company I’ve ever had. I’ve been hospitalized because they have delayed my medication, they’ve sent it across the country and delivered it to the wrong location when I’ve been using them for 4 years and they’ve had the same address on file, and they’ve charged my copay assistance without my authorization and without sending it to my insurance and run my assistance out of money. Their negligence is dangerous and it’s eventually going to cost someone their life because CVS refuses to realize the importance of getting people their medication.

None of these People realize that this is a Warehouse distribution center. The Pharmacy part that they are calling to is located in Rhode Island. No one answers calls here because it's not their job.
