It appears CVS Specialty Pharmacy has cornered the market on polite morons as employees. Calling is a nightmare and each person I spoke with about a problem with an RX had a different answer. I wish I could give less than a star. They incorrectly charged my credit card, said they would fix it, then never did. I've literally spent hours on the phone. It's the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life.

Used this pharmacy once because it was covered by my insurance but after the horrible experience I had, I'd rather just pay out of pocket to not use it.
