We had a 7pm appt at urgent care. They called in the prescription to this pharmacy which stays open til 9pm. Everyone behind the pharmacy counter was obviously busy but the pharmacist spoke to me as soon as I walked up. They worked hard to have our meds ready and even adjusted one to work with our insurance. Excellent customer service at this pharmacy! Thank you, Giovanni, for going the extra mile with such a kind and helpful spirit. Will definitely be back.

I called in seeing if I had accidentally left something valuable in the store. Anna (or Ana) was very helpful, found the item, and kept it in their safe until I could come back and get it the next day. Thank you, Ana!

This review is in regards to the minute clinic here. STAY AWAY HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL
Rons Joseph, NP should have their medical license revoked. I needed a HPV test and I told her 3 times that's what I needed it. she does not either understand or grasp anything you are saying. I watched her put me in stirrups just to fumble around with the test for 5-10 minutes. And then SHE PUT A METAL SPECULUM IN ME WITH NO LUBE which is the most painful pap I've ever had. But I didn't trust her enough to find lube. Now I'm seriously worried she doesn't even know how to sanitize equipment correctly either. This is honestly medical malpractice. And when I was in a very vulnerable state she also said I should have a pap done every year DEPSITE ME SAY 3 TIMES ALREADY THAT I DID AT THE START OF THE YEAR I JUST WANTED TO BE SAFE. Not sure how many times I have to magically ask for an HPV test to get it. I had to go though a ton of pain and now I'm extremely worried and I DIDNT EVEN GET THE TEST I NEEDED. Oh and she will laugh at you if you tell her your medical history of having your tubes tied. This is the worst medical experience I have ever had.

Another pharmacy could not fill prescriptions for my wife's cataract surgery today (out of stock they said). I went to the CVS on Flower Mound Road with no scripts in hand. It was all good. Sure, there was a wait of a few minutes to but they took care of me and got me on the road with minimal delay. This is a pretty fine pharmacy.

Drive up. Greeted pleasantly (not "WelcometoCVShowcanIhelpyou?") Ready meds delivered with a smile, followed by, "Have you any questions for the Pharmacist?" Go there. You won't regret it. :o)

Had a very bad experience at this location. Recommend everyone to go to another location if they can help it...Very poor and discourteous customer service when using the self service kiosk where I pulled out additional paper from the paper roll after the receipt was being printed. The employee was v rude and even was calling me names for leaving the paper roll instead of helping fix the issue....it was not even my issue to fix if the paper roll was not perforated clearly to just print the receipt and nothing additional. Please avoid if you want to have a good day!!

Minute clinic appointment was cancelled after I was 7 mins late. Was never told appointment will be cancelled if late not to mention the amount of times I had to wait for them and my appointment was late anyway. Terrible service

Tried using this pharmacy. The phone answering system is designed so that you cannot speak to a human without leaving a voicemail. The automated service cannot provide all needed customer service. I’ve transferred back to Walgreens where I can speak to an actual human when needed.

CVS Flower Mound Rd is the best one! Everything can be easily found every time I asked for help. The team members are kind, nice and professional. They also respect and listen to you carefully which is so important specially when we are not feeling good at all.
