Customer service at this location has fallen off a cliff. I had a much needed prescription submitted Thursday morning for an inhaler. I quickly received a message back that they would text me back when it was available.
Friday at 5 pm I called to check on the status having heard nothing back. I was forced to leave a voicemail by their ridiculous call routing system - no other option was available. About 30 mins later a tech calls me from the store, but she hadn't bothered to listen to the message. So, with acute bronchitis I get to give her all the info again. She proceeds to tell me they have no record of my order (hint: you sent me a text message about it?). She finally finds the order, but then informs me it won't be available for another 4 days....hopefully. I ask if there's not a store where I can pick it up today even if it's not this store. Oh yes she says, there are 3 different stores within 20 miles that show this medication in stock. However, since it's already been ordered to this store there's nothing they can do. Hopefully it will be here Tuesday but worst case maybe Wednesday.
I am sick as a dog. Called again on Sunday and got the same pathetic runaround. Their focus is on keeping costs/inventory down, not on healthcare for their customers.

I'm back at CVS! Previous insurance forced me to use another pharmacy & boy did I miss CVS. My husband has cancer & this staff goes above & beyond to make sure he has all his medications. I can't thank them enough. They truly care about their customers.

I used to go here a lot about 10 years ago. But the service just gets worse and worse every year. They continuously bombard you with messages and phone calls prompting you to feel your medications 3 weeks ahead of time. I can't count the number of Pharmacists at one particular location that took me off auto fill for every one of my prescriptions and they get put right back on there by the corporate office. I personally know two pharmacists that used to work at CVS and quit because they hated it. Support a local pharmacy instead you'll be shocked at how much better service you receive.

I came in 5 minutes before the pharmacy closed on Christmas Eve urgently needing a prescription filled that had just been seen over 5 minutes earlier from an urgent care. I had a stomach flu and desperately needed meds for stomach pain and nausea. The pharmacist and two techs working that evening were happy to help and stayed a few minutes late to get my prescription filled. They were kind and patient when I really needed that. Thanks for going above and beyond with your work.

You guys need to do better. I'm specifically speaking on the pharmacy. Whatever entity that hires the pharmacy staff should provide more training on answering not only insurance questions but also just basic questions people have. These are younger people working here and they seem very capable, but they haven't been given the proper tools to handle customers. Not only this, but the "adults" of these teams seem to hide behind the younger staff members and let them do the dirty work of answering questions they are not sure of. They literally refuse to come up.and handle the questions. Very poor operation.

I went to this CVS pharmacy to get the new Covid vaccine. Being a senior, I feel vaccines are important for my health. Apparently CVS does not. When I inquired at the counter I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not. The tech, with an eye-roll and smirk, replied that they were too busy to administer the vaccine. I pointed out that I was the ONLY customer in the store. I also pointed out that there were NO cars in the drive-thru. Again with the eye-roll and smirk, they refused to administer the vaccine. There were six employees behind the counter, one was the pharmacy manager. She witnessed the entire encounter and merely turned away. Had the pharmacy been busy I could understand their position, but like I stated, I was the ONLY customer in the store and NO cars in the drive-thru. Evidently CVS does not believe in vaccines; CVS does not believe in senior's health; CVS does not care about customer service; CVS does not care about its reputation. Truly pathetic service, all with the pharmacy managers approval.

Refused to learn how to bill my insurance because they don’t give me a bin number(admittedly its difficult but can be done). Then the pharmacist feigned a connection issue on the phone and I sent my prescriptions elsewhere to someone more competent.
