I have to rate this store as a 1. The general staff is great but my experience with one of the pharmacy technicians has been absolutely horrible. She is very rude, and doesn't give me an opportunity to finish speaking ever. I've dealt with refilling my prescription through her for a year now, and today I went to refill my prescription and I had my last straw. She cut me off was extremely short with me and just overall does not provide good customer service.Customer service is at its lowest when it comes to this pharmacy. I get having a bad day, but multiple bad days, and consistency of being rude, she doesn't need to be in the industry.

Declining location - avoid this CVS at all cost. The pharmacy lead is beyond rude. I get that they're busy but the staff needs to remember they're in the customer service business. Dealing with folks respectfully will go a long way vs. treating people like they're a nuisance. Shame on the pharmacy staff here. It's time to find a new job if you're unhappy.

On multiple occasions, this pharmacy has overcharged me for prescriptions. Each time, I have had to return to the store to get a refund, and had to argue for it. Today they refused to refund me even though they admitted I was overcharged. I will not be using this pharmacy in the future. If you choose to, I suggest you consider that if they cannot seem to operate a cash register correctly, should you trust them to mix your medications?

Sometimes you just catch people at a bad time but mistreating customers is never ok. No matter what time of night it is. I witnessed a very strange interaction with a customer and two employees. I was appalled by how unprofessional the employees behaved. That poor woman. She was simply asking for help and the night manager and employee jumped down her throat. The tension was immense. I'm unsure if I'll revisit this location if that's how you treat your customers. There's no excuse. We must do better.

My toddler had an upset stomach. This CVS would be very convenient but walmart/target/Kroger sell Pepto kids for 4.99 and CVS sells the exact same item for $9.79. I don't know how they can justify that.

They never answer phone in under 20 minutes wait!! The drive thru line is nearly an hour always! They allow people to sit in window to wait till prescription is ready. That's not supposed to happen according to big sign on wall! They tend to run out of stock A LOT! Diabetes, thyroid, kidney, blood pressure and pain meds have to be ordered and should be received within 3 business days, BUT they don't keep up with prescriptions waiting for stock and wait for Customer to call back in to do anything. This is not how it's done!! This includes new orders being called in. I miss Walgreens....

Tony from the management team was awful. I had problems at the self check out area and asked him for assistance. I told him one of the items I was purchasing had 50% off but it wasn't coming up, he laughed at me and asked another staff member if she knew about that "discount" making me feel like I was making it up. When I asked him why was he laughing, he said because some brands on make up hardly have discount and was surprised that that item even had one. He should be more familiar with the deals before showing that arrogant attitude. I told him he should be more familiar of the sales because I'm not lying about the discount, and he said he was very familiar with everything except make up??? He left without apologizing and sent a staff member to check on it. Another staff ended up helping me and confirming I was right, but no apologies from Tony. Poor customer service

Don't come unless you don't mind waiting in line for over 15 minutes. Awful customer service. Management, you need to pay attention to your guest. I will not be back

Stopped here to fill a prescription. The prescription was filled quickly and the pharmacy personnel were very friendly and filled my perscriptions quickly. I was able to successfully use the CVS pharmacy app without an issue and pay for my items
