Dr. Lock was wonderful with Pinecone. She gave me ideas to help with her vomiting and stress level, and Pinecone is doing better since the visit. She also gave me ideas to help our cats adjust to our newest cat, Priscilla, and we are seeing everyone a lot calmer around the house. I couldn't recommend Dr. Lock more highly.

I drive out of my way to bring my dogs to this location. The attention, love, and professionalism from the staff is unmatched. The only clinic for my pets!

Dr. Galat and Elise took such loving care of our newly adopted puppy Jake. They took their time with his exam and explained everything they were doing throughout. They also explored which option was more cost effective when he needed a urine culture, which is always appreciated!

The staff is great and I appreciate that Dr. Lock is a kitty specialist. Vet visits can be stressful for pets and pet parents and that has never been our experience.

Dr. Lynn Dumas and the entire staff were phenomenal. They treated our dog with an amazing loving, attentive, and delicate approach. They were all friendly, professional and organized.
The office was very clean. We highly recommend Cross Timber’s AMC in Flower Mound!

I made a last-minute appointment here for a sick kitty, and I can confidently say that this will be my vet moving forward. Dr. Galat, the technician Christina, and the receptionists are all amazing. Everyone was patient, kind, gentle, and thorough. The staff did a great job answering questions during and after my appointment, and I'm super happy to have found Cross Timbers Animal Medical Center!
