The salon was not clean. My pedicure chipped after 1 day and i dont even wear tennis shoes. The polish was also uneven and clumpy.
Very disappointing and wont go back. Sorry about foot picture but this is my pedi after few days only.
Cleanliness: Not a very clean salon from my observation.

Best spot I have found since moving to the area. Last weekend I came in, and Jessie took care of me, and made sure my nails were what I wanted every step of the way, from the shape, to the color, and she had my reference photo out the whole time. Nini (I hope I’m spelling that correctly) did all of the marble detailing on the set pictured, and she did an amazing job, and was so detailed. I will be coming back for a fill soon!

I've been going to Cosmo Nail Lounge for years, and it is by far the best nail salon I've ever been to. My nail techs take their time, their attention to detail is unparalleled, and they always go above and beyond to make sure my manicure and pedicure are perfect every time. I often bring my disabled father in-law, and they are so kind and attentive to his special needs. The spa is clean, they offer a wide variety of services, the massages are incredible, and everyone treats you so well. Highly recommend!

Was my first time visiting, felt rushed to pick out a color, the technician seemed to immediately change her tone when I just asked for the classic pedicure (most of the scrubs really irritate my skin, so I usually go more basic). Really just sped through the whole thing after that. Still callused because there was just a quick brush, so bottom of feet were left as good as I walked in with, and the polish didn’t even cover the nail or was painted over areas not filed well.

Went back to see Toni for another gel manicure (He did a fantastic job) and they offered to fix my toe polish and made sure I was satisfied! Definitely appreciate the service and dedication.

I left this salon crying... I have always struggled with finding good nail salons and I went here one time previously to get acrylic French tips. It was honestly a great job the first time...so I went back today for a fill. They did not fill it with the same color, when they ensured me it was the correct pink. My fill was completely ruined. And don't get me started on the pedicure! I had asked for the $52 tea tree pedicure with 2 acrylic toes. I went to pay and they charged me an additional $16 for 2 acrylic toes (which looked uneven and terrible) & $20 for gel polish. I did not ask for gel polish. I have never gotten gel polish before, nor did I want it. I asked for regular white polish. I left spending $88 for a crappy pedicure and $40 for a mismatched fill. I voiced my concerns and was told to try dip powder next time. Not happy about this at all!

I’ve been going to Cosmo Nails since 2018 and have had no complaints. I go to Vee and she’s always willing to try my crazy ideas and executes them well.
Stylist: My nail tech for the last year has been Vee. She’s extremely nice and does my nails well. Her work is always neat. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been to this salon about 8 or 10 times in the past year and a half and usually the service is good and my experience has been good. Sadly, today was very different.
I asked for a neutral pink ombré set and a pedicure. I ended up with pink and white French mani and the sloppiest pedi I’ve ever had done by someone else. Honestly, the pedicure looked like I’d done it myself without my glasses on.
I said something about the mess up with my nails and my dissatisfaction on my pedi as I checked out. I don’t like to make a scene as I know full well people have off days. The lady who checked me out didn’t say anything at all. I asked to see a manager and she said she was. I reiterated my concerns and she just said “sorry” and then proceeded to run my card for the full amount. I should have said more, but again, I don’t like making a scene.
I’m NEVER going back. I’m so unhappy with my mani and pedi I’m removing it all tomorrow. What a waste of money!

I came here for the first time while visiting my mom in Texas and will be coming back every single time i’m in town!!!! Lin, Cindy, and Max took care of us and were amazing. The massages/pedicures from Max and Cindy felt so good and Lin did a great job doing gel nails. She was very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Pedicure was fine, nothing to write home about. The technician was very rushed, consistently dropped towels on the floor and then continued to use them during the service. Additionally, my pants were covered in water and lotion despite being rolled up. The floors and chairs were incredibly dirty. All in all, a sub par experience. Will not be back.

I have been going to Lynn for awhile now and she now offers Polygel! If you’ve never tried it, give it a try. It lasts longer on your nails with no chipping, and it’s healthier for your nails because you don’t some off polish in acetone. It looks more natural to me as well. Polygel is not very common in the DFW area but I’ve been using it for a few years before moving to the area so I’m glad she now offers this service. She always asks me how I like my nails as she does each step which I appreciate and she’s very friendly. The service is always great!

Visited this salon for the first time and they had great service! My only complaint is that the color transitions on my ombré rainbow design were a little rough and blocky for a 120 designer nail set. My pedicure was really relaxing, though my toe nails were not square shaped as requested but to be fair, one of my big toenails cracked and my technician decided it’d be best to cut it, leading to a crooked oval shape big toenail..not a fan, but it’ll do. They were super crowded and busy, I was gonna wait and come back another day but as I was leaving one of the men workers pursued me as I walked out to my car. He was adamant that I got my service done that day, so I did. My daughter also got a pedicure but was not happy with her service and stated that there were clipped toenails that had slipped into her pedicure bowl (I hadn’t noticed, otherwise I would’ve spoken up right away. She told me as we were walking to the car), which is super unsanitary and concerning. I won’t be going back, but I do like my nails!

BEST. NAILS. EVER. If you’re anywhere near flower mound, come see Cosmo Nails. All of their techs are so great! Krystal did my nails and has a lifetime customer!! The nail techs listen to what you want and can replicate any design to a T. Cosmo can always fit you in while providing the highest quality service. Seriously so impressed by this place and how much they’ve grown! By far the best nail spa on this side of DFW 10/10 recommend!!
