“Good treatment and attention to the driver inside there are bathrooms at reception at door 20 you check in they attend to you at the time of your appointment not before I recommend you arrive 15 minutes before to report they ask you for your license unloading number and a copy of the loding bill they assign you door You can't break the seal on the box, you go backwards and stick to the door where you unload without opening the doors until they remove the seal and tell you to open the doors. You can sleep in front of it without any problems. Unload in 45 minutes. Regards to everyone excellent day”

Also can vouch my TV is still great years later with no defects. Always recommend pick up vs. delivery with big TVs because the delivery people WILL damage your TV. The Best Buy workers here don't! Update: I found they have two cords to plug in and I used only one of them. Either I missed that or it was missing in the manual explaining the setup.
I called a different Office Depot customer service and they provided a different number - of their installers, to speak with.

“Bought television and price reduced 50.00 within the 15 day matching timeline. The person in the store refused to honor the company guideline so we are having to speak with upper management to try to fix. Haden at flower mound is not a person anyone would want to deal with, my wife and granddaughter were extremely upset from their speaking with her.
The manager of the flower mound store reached out and corrected the problem and fixed it.”
