We've used Charlie Brown a few times and have always been happy. Yesterday he and his assistant upgraded our remotes and last night one wasn't working. Charlie returned my call within minutes and walked me through the issue (which was minor). Very happy with our upgrade and love the attention to detail and professionalism!

Charlie Brown Sound is terrific! I’ve had them hang three different TV’s. They are always on time, do the work quickly, always ask if the end effect is what I want, if not, they will fix it! Prices are more than reasonable, and their staff is super friendly and get the job done. You can’t go wrong with CBS!

This is the 2nd time I've used them. This time changed my mind to find another company. 1.The tech smelled like cigarettes and bad odor. His stench remained in my house for 2 more days. 2. Tech sparked my electrical and he didn't tell me until I asked him about it. Team Yelp: don't you think the homeowner should be told of important stuff like that? 3 stars and unfortunately won't use again. *would be convenient for a Sheetrock team too. They cut over a dozen spots in my house*

Charlie Brown Sound are some of the greatest folks I've met! long story short, the elderly lady that lives across the street from me well her dog passed,so I hop in the truck and take her and her baby to the doggie doctors an along the way I discovered she doesn't have a tv or anything so I reached out to Charlie Brown Sound and explained that I was looking for a tv for this nice lady and Mrs and Mr brown said just come pick one up for her free of charge. That is totally awesome to have decent folks in the world! Amen and God Bless the hard working folks at Charlie Brown Sound! The world is a better place because of folks like you guys! Absolute Love!
