We had a very poor experience with these movers when we moved from the DFW area. My daughter is autistic and nonverbal. I understand that seeing a grown woman in a wheelchair snapping her fingers is not the norm, but in my home, it is. Well, the manager on site and the workers were not aware that I know Spanish. They made fun of her and called her estupudo retrasado more than once. One of them was smiling at me and said it thinking I was clueless. My husband was extremely upset removed my daughter from the home. When I confronted the manager about it, he laughed and told me I was being ridiculous and as a white person, I must have misunderstood. I’m not even mad. Well im a little mad but I’m more disappointed humanity.
They also left a mess even though I was told in the beginning that they cleaned up well after they were done, but that didn’t happen. I don’t even care about that compared to the other things that were said about my daughter. I did care that one of the guys Misjudged the opening to the truck and dented the TV. Steve the supposed owner told me that the dent was there before they moved it even though I had video of him doing it on my Nest doorbell. He didn’t give me a chance to explain and dismissed my concerns. He refused to look at the video. I’m sure I can’t be the only one that had these issues. I’m guessing he just hires different crews. But to have a manager speak like that about another human while on the job is disgusting. He took no accountability. He kept telling me I wasn’t going to get a refund, and I kept telling him I didn’t want one.

We moved from PA to TX in a large ABF trailer. While our goods were en route, Steven was super flexible with us, as we needed to change our move-in plan a few times once we realized that the trailer would not fit in our new driveway. With very little notice, Steven was able to provide us with a 5 man team and 2 trucks to meet the trailer at the terminal and move our belongings off the trailer and onto smaller trucks to be delivered and moved into our new home. This was a stressful situation that was made easier by Carte Blanche Moving. Ethan and his team showed up on a 100+ degree day and worked hard and fast basically moving our goods twice in 1 day- including a very heavy piano, which they moved with ease. The Carte Blanche team was professional, strong, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely hire this company again in the future, and will recommend them to family and friends!

They broke several items moving house contents from a storage unit in Lewisville to a house about 15 minutes away. 2 boxes of ammunition were missing also somehow during this short move. If you have anything of value do not ever use this company!

I have moved many times. These guys were by far the fastest, most organized, and the most careful I have ever seen. I have never seen movers wrap all my furniture to keep it from being damaged. They were well worth the money.

We hired Carte Blanche for a pack and move service. I have never had the luxury of having someone pack for me, so I was unsure what to expect. They did it all!! All of the guys were genuinely so nice and respectful. They reassured me that I didn’t have to do anything, and they didn’t hesitate to ask if they had a question about an item. They had great attitudes and worked hard for two whole days. The owner Steve answered the phone every time I called leading up to move day. They came in exactly on-budget with their estimate too. I don’t know how we did it before without Carte Blanche! Very highly recommend to anyone!

We were very impressed with Ethan and crew and the high end service they provided. Carte Blanche helped us make the move from Corinth to Flower Mound, they were professional and so nice! We had zero issues with the process. Hire Carte Blanche, you will be not be disappointed!

Junior, Ethan, Jesse, and Angel were amazing movers. They were careful with our furniture and kind and courteous to us. It’s amazing how strong they are. They always aim to please. I would highly recommend this company as Steve the owner is hands on and oversees the move. We moved a lot in our lifetime and this truly is the best company we have worked with. Also they are also affordable. Highly recommend!

Junior, Tristan and Jose were the dream team of movers. Showed up early, were careful with all of our things, and got it done quick. Will definitely use them again.

I’ve used various movers in the past, but they pale in comparison to Carte Blanche.
They showed up right on time and the movers were careful, attentive, and cordial to a fault.
If you’re about to move, you could make no better decision.

I can’t believe how amazing these guys were! Packing and moving day were extremely flawless. They showed up exactly when they said they would, worked very hard and were under the estimated time for packing and then exactly on schedule for moving. They do not waste time and drag out the clock!
Everything was packed well, brought to the rooms and we were so thankful! They even made sure our washer and TV were connected so we could carry on with our day.
So grateful for Steve, Ethan and Tristan! I will refer them to everyone!!
