Twin Coves and the management company have been nothing but a headache. Corporate is completely unresponsive. They tell you they will look into things and call back and never do. The marina management is nice and tries to help but corporate gives her no power to make things right for her clients. Their billing system is terrible and they will continue to try and bill you after you leave. Their billing system messed up and charged us 3x the proper amount one month! Then after working with management to close out the account and move the boat to another lake, we paid the remaining months by check. We then came back to move the boat and found it locked! We have now been gone 9 months and I just received a new bill showing they were trying to auto-withdral from our account! We have spoken with many others who have had terrible billing issues!

My whole family came into town this weekend and we all decided to get on the boats and have some fun. We rented two different boats and everyone had a good time. Literally filled with sun, laughter, and good drinks. When i come back into town I'll have to come back out here again!!! It was lit!!!
