I like how the pharmacy is set up and the prices I received but I do have to say one of the pharmacists Lara Golwas is so unprofessional. She looks like she doesn't want to move from her spot and she is always complaining. She literally had something snarky to say about the whole staff the whole time I was there. She just gossiped about somebody who I think was off that day who may be the supervisor. She went on and on about why doesn't that person do all these tasks for me. All I could think about was if you closed your mouth and just worked, then maybe you wouldn't need your supervisor to do your job for you. She's the most unprofessional and lazy pharmacist that I've ever come across. I really feel sorry for the other staff. They seemed so nice and professional. Too bad they are stuck with such a nasty pharmacist that thinks it's okay to behave like that in front of customers. So classless.

Had a terrible experience with this pharmacy yesterday. My doctor called in a script, a young lady called me to tell me my insurance didn't cover but that they would give me the cash price of $50.00. She asked for my credit card info and charged me and I said I would be in to get it later that day. I drove to the pharmacy to pick up ( an hour round trip) and a young man brought me a package and said I owed $497 for a month's supply!!!!! Since I had already paid for it, I was in shock! He called another employee who then proceeded to tell me I was not eligible for a cash price because I am on Medicare!! Even though my Medicare RX plan through Humana wasn't paying for any of it. First time I've run into such blatant age discrimination. Needless to say, buyer beware of this pharmacy!

Called and spoke with Candy after my dermatologist sent my prescriptions to 3 wrong pharmacies!!! Candy was able to provide me with everything I needed to know about my prescriptions and also my billing. This was my first interaction with this pharmacy but it FOR SURE will not be my last! Great job Candy and the rest of the staff at Bristol! Thanks for doing your job EXCEPTIONALLY and helping out the patients!

After an unfortunate situation with my dermatologist, I called and spoke with Candy and received the best customer service ever! She was able to give me all the information I needed to know about my prescription. This was my first experience with Bristol Pharmacy but it for sure will NOT be my last! Thank you Candy! Super easy and fast. Not happy with how they automatically added a Cetaphil product to my cart and made it difficult to remove. Then they sent it to me anyway. Will have to check my credit card to make sure I wasn’t charged. ?

They were helpful when my order had insurance problems, but I was shocked that most people were not wearing masks. There were are least 10 people working there processing orders very close together and only 3-4 were wearing masks with the cashier's being below her nose. When I asked about this they said their policy was personal preference. I was not impressed with their medical precautions.

I have only been a customer for a little over a month and I have had nothing but excellent customer service. I will continue to support this pharmacy because unlike larger pharmacies their customer service and pickup times are on point every single time. Each time that I have been inside all employees have had masks on. Thank you for having your customers and employees best interests in remaining safe.

I try to always patronize smaller pharmacy's and business. But I have no choice but to take my business else where. Terrible customer service these mask are going to cause a lot of people to go out of business I could not even pickup my prescription because I did not have a mask on I have a medical condition which prevents me from wearing one. No greeting or nothing just wear is your mask and told me to go outside they could not serve me... it seems like we have step back into segregation days... the box of mask say does not prevent illness or disease it's just causing people to discriminate. Terrible go else where
