“Our car had a close encounter with the side of the garage and the front body panel on that side of the car got pushed back closer to the front door so that the door scraped whenever it was opened and closed. Took the car in for an estimate and we were very pleasantly surprised when we were told that the door could be fixed and the paint job on that front panel cleaned up while we waited for 15 minutes. We worked with Javier Jauregui.”
“I have gone to them twice to get my brakes repaired ( 2 different cars). They are always fast and very nice and don't try to add other things that don't need to be fixed. Each time they have explained what they are doing and broken down the price and I have never had to go back to get it refixed.”

Willard did full steering check and said I needed NO repairs at all.They even let me stand under the carriage and let me see for myself! “A huge 5 star review to Jay Andres and Sewell BMW of Grapevine. I had been searching for a long time, for the perfect certified preowned X1. I finally found it, about 650 miles away. Jay and I spoke on the phone and then communicated via text, ALOT. He answered every question, took extra pictures of details I had concerns on, even different views and lighting. He worked up different options for me and went through every single concern. I flew down a week later and the car was exactly as described, with the addition of the big red Sewell bow. Jay went through all the paperwork, reviewed any questions and went through the car with me. We drove her home that day, 650 miles! I could not be happier with this car and my service at Sewell BMW of Grapevine.
