This store doesn't have great customer service and their enforcement of the policies for Rewards Zone Elite and above is sketchy at best. Lewisville and Denton do better than them and I'd drive the extra distance to go there instead.

I have been helped twice, I’ve the course of year by Addie who is very knowledgeable. My daughter’s computer is needed for online school and we were fixed in minutes! Thank you for this terrific team member on staff.

Went in two days ago to have a glass protector put on my iPad. I purchased a iPad case from the Best Buy location, but they said it wasn’t the correct one and had to refund my money. He went ahead and put on the glass screen protector. He told me to order a iPad case off of Amazon which I did. When I got the case today, I put on the case and it made the glass protector bubble up on the corner. I took it back to Best Buy and they told me it was an issue with the case. I glass protector and the protector was just a bit crooked. So basically I spent $25 on a glass protector that they refuse to warranty the work with the guy put at Best Buy put on. He said it was fine when I when it was put on. But I told him because the screen protector was a bit crooked, and the case is now on, it causes it to bubble up. He basically looked at me and asked “what am I supposed to do?” I said well warranty the service that you guys do as the screen protector looks crooked on the iPad. He said there was nothing he could do. The long haired guy (Addy) that I spoke to at the Geek Squad really made me mad. Poor service 😡.

I don't understand when you call in for appt for Geek Squad, stay on the phone with customer service for several minutes making your appt explaining everything in detail what your needs are, to arrive at your appt to be told they don't offer that service.
Very frustrating to pay for an annual service for them to say we can't do that for you.
No suggestions, no other options given, no offer to help you while they walk you through the process of how to do it....just we don't offer the service and can't help you.

Repeated opportunities to get customer service right and when asked about the failed service, manager excuses it rather than apologize. Additionally, he blamed corporate policy for his poor leadership and the stores poor performance. I don’t see how they will remain profitable and open with this philosophy.

Fantastic store! I've been going here with my family for the past 20 years now and it has been an incredible Best buy!
Dean is an excellent manager, and is extremely helpful knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a fantastic experience at Best Buy thanks to Jude and Ayo! They were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while guiding me through different headphone options. With their expert advice, I ended up choosing the Sony WH-1000XM5, and I couldn’t be happier. The sound quality is amazing, and the noise-cancellation is next-level. On Vacation and my surface screen broke. As a total member I expected a simple experience. Far from it. I get that I have to send it in for a replacement. However, the Store GM has a policy to refuse to send the replacement anywhere but his store. Liability is a terrible excuse because this is Best Buy, not some 1 shop outfit.
So instead of having it sent in today and minimizing my downtime, I have to wait till I return home then have nothing while it is sent in.
How Best Buy allows a GM to override corporate policy shocks me.
Update: I went in the next morning and the manager and Gabe (Geek Squad) were able to do what should have easily been done the night before. Gabe was excellent and Best Buy should hope that all employees were as customer oriented as him. My computer is already on its way to my local Best Buy.
I’m changing my rating to 4 stars based completely on Gabe in Geek Squad.

I had a terrible experience at this store when I went to purchase some cartridges. When I checked out, the cashier, Grace, was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude was unprofessional, and she made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. I won’t be coming back.
